We are looking for a store manager who is ultimately responsible for running our store.
You are the motivator behind the team and ensure that every customer is a satisfied customer. You do
by scheduling staff, actively leading, training and coaching, overseeing the
baking results and take responsibility for hygiene. In addition, you will also keep
engaged in marketing and you will be concerned with financial matters, such as sales, purchasing and
personnel costs. With some regularity, meetings take place in the store under your direction to
discuss various ongoing issues with staff.
You have experience in managing a team and enjoy working with people
collaborate. In addition, you are strong in your communication and good at building/maintaining
of a team. You see problems before they arise and solve them without too much stress. Also, you have
understanding of financial matters, you are flexible regarding your working hours and not too shy to help out for a while.
