Our passion for cookies started long ago. When David was little, and Alain was his babysitter, they did nothing but bake (cookies) all day. They started to dream that one day they would open a store sell those cookies together.
When the opportunity arose in late 2019 to make this dream turn into reality in the Nine Streets of Amsterdam, David and Alain had no choice but to seize it.
